tite-n TITE’N PORTAL

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

The Tite’n Portal ("the Portal") is a private ordering and account management system for tite’n's approved business customers. It is not a public storefront — access requires an invited account tied to an approved company. This policy explains what information the Portal collects from its users, why, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
  • Company & access information — the company you're associated with and your buying-access status, used to control what the Portal shows you.
  • Order & shipping information — items purchased, quantities, purchase-order references, and shipping addresses you provide for orders that require delivery.
  • Payment information — card and billing details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor. The Portal never receives or stores full card numbers.
  • Support & subscription details — purchased support hours, subscription plan, and related usage needed to administer those features.
  • Standard technical data — things like IP address and browser type, captured in ordinary web server logs for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

Information is used to:

  • Operate your account and the Portal itself (authentication, access control, your dashboard).
  • Process and fulfill orders, purchase orders, and subscriptions, including billing through Stripe.
  • Send transactional emails you'd expect from using the Portal — email verification, order confirmations, purchase-order notices, and account-related notices.
  • Respond to support requests sent to our team.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Portal.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that let the Portal function, and only to the extent each needs to do its job:

  • Stripe, to process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Microsoft 365, to deliver transactional email from the Portal.
  • Microsoft Azure, to host product images and related files.

Within your own company, order history is visible to other approved members of that company — the Portal treats ordering as a company activity, not a purely individual one.

Cookies

The Portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and an optional local preference for light/dark theme. We don't use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Data retention

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed for legitimate business purposes such as order records, invoicing, and tax obligations.

Your choices

You can review and update most of your account information directly from your profile. To request a correction or deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the address below and we'll work with you on it, subject to records we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

We use industry-standard measures — including hashed passwords and encrypted connections — to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep this appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold.

Children

The Portal is a business tool intended for adult employees of our customers and is not directed at children.
